You will be investing in real estate that we purchase at well below market prices due to our fast, efficient marketing methods.

We put your money to work. When you have current investments that are not earning the returns you really want, we match those funds with a property we want to buy and likely renovate. You get a great return on your investment and it is secured by a mortgage on the property. This gives us the funding we need to grow our business so we both win or there's no reason to do it!

We will usually need at least $10,000 invested in a single property. If you have more to invest than we need for one property we can use your funds on multiple properties each individually secured to protect your investment.

Why is this a better way to invest?

These programs are show you how to make private loans. All investment involves some risk. Only people with a solid understanding of investing should do this. Our materials are designed to give you the knowledge you need to make the best personal choice. You are encouraged to get specific legal and financial counsel from professionals in each of those areas.

Specific risks in this kind of investing include but are not limited to:
1. Title issues that reduce the value or ownership rights of the collateral. All our properties have title insurance to mitigate this risk.
2. Non-payment of loan. You may have to foreclose on the property to recover your assets. The loan to value ratio of your loan is low enough for you to recover most or all of your investment with our strategies.
3. Property loss or damage. We provide loss and damage insurance to mitigate this risk also.
